Job Overview:

As IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative technology solutions that support the company's business operations and growth. This role requires a strong foundation in full-stack web development, IT asset management, and system integration, with the ability to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage IT assets in line with best practices, and ensure that all systems and applications are optimized to meet organizational needs. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can balance both technical and strategic responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions that address complex business requirements.
  2. Build, maintain, and optimize existing company web applications to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
  3. Implement and support API integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between internal and external systems.
  4. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  5. Monitor, manage, and maintain IT assets in line with ITAM/SAM best practices to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regularly communicate with stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  7. Provide technical documentation for system designs, workflows, and processes to ensure proper knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
  8. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
  9. Actively participate in team retrospectives, reviews, and process improvement discussions to enhance IT and development workflows.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), with emphasis on Software Asset Management (SAM) policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack Web Systems Development, using modern frameworks such as TypeScript, React, , Tailwind CSS and database management systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
  4. Solid understanding of IT technologies, hardware, software, and servers, including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  5. Experience in API development and integration.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
