Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multi-channel marketing, including digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead marketing team and coordinate with external agencies.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI on campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in marketing leadership (VP/AVP) in FMCG, retail, or brand-driven industries.
  • Proven record in driving brand growth and market share.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
