As a Customer Success Manager at Darwinbox, you'll manage strategic client relationships, drive HRMS adoption, and ensure customer success by increasing product usage and identifying growth opportunities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and align with business objectives.

Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as CHROs, functional heads and client spocs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives for all accounts.
- Increase product adoption and create upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Plan and deliver interventions to quantify and showcase the Return on Investment (ROI) and value delivered to clients.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with enterprise clients to ensure engagement and value delivery.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales marketing, product development to ensure a cohesive customer experience and product roadmap.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after graduation.
- 7+ years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation and customer management roles / HR consulting roles.
- Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
- Good in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch.
