Automotive Branch Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our dealership branch. The ideal candidate must be a results-driven leader with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of managing successful teams and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, increase revenue, and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
- Generate regular reports on branch performance, including sales figures, service metrics, and financial results.
- Provide guidance to team members and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement and maintain high standards of facility cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Manage and mitigate potential risks to the branch's operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or any related field (Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus).
- Significant experience in the automotive industry (particularly in dealership sales and service) in a managerial capacity (required)
- With substantial experience in dealership sales from identifying potential customers to sustaining relationships to increase sales volume.
- Familiar with automotive service and parts operations, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Has profound understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Strong sales acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
