Key Responsibilities


• Own end-to-end facilities operations, ensuring critical systems are operational 24/7.


• Lead vendor accreditation, negotiation, procurement, contract renewals, and performance management.


• Oversee engineering and maintenance of building systems (BMS, AC, electrical, safety systems).


• Develop and implement office space planning, asset management, and workplace improvements.


• Manage facilities budgets, cost-benefit analyses, billings, and expense optimization.


• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the pantry, housekeeping, reception, and security teams.


• Identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and recommend strategic facilities upgrades.


• Act as the primary escalation point for facilities-related issues and incidents.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.


• At least 3+ years of facilities and vendor management experience


• Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, procurement, and service-level agreements.


• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.


• Project management experience is highly preferred
