Job Summary

The Team Leader supervises the Froyo Artisan team to ensure high-quality frozen yogurt service and excellent customer experiences while maintaining store standards and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team prepares and serves frozen yogurt and toppings according to recipes and quality standards.

Customer Service: Lead by example in greeting customers, providing product knowledge, and addressing feedback promptly.

Training & Development: Train new team members on food preparation, customer service, and store procedures. Foster a supportive environment for team growth.

Store Operations & Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and dining areas. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.

Compliance: Enforce food safety regulations and company policies. Participate in regular training to keep the team informed of updates and best practices.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or relevant hospitality coursework is preferred.

Experience: Previous leadership or food service experience is preferred (training will be provided).

Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
