Job Summary

The Froyo Artisan is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality frozen yogurt products while delivering excellent customer service. This role ensures that every cup is crafted with precision, maintaining product consistency, store cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Preparation & Service
• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, toppings, and specialty items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products to maintain freshness.
• Customer Service
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Store Operations & Cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow standard operating procedures for opening, closing, and shift handovers.
• Compliance & Standards
• Adhere to food safety regulations and Bravefoods company policies at all times.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on new products and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or vocational course in hospitality, food & beverage, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience: Prior food service or dessert shop experience is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude and a passion for creating delightful experiences.
• Other Requirements:
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long hours.

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
