The opportunity

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to lead our Ayala Mall The District Dasmariñas store. As our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the head office to ensure adequate stock
  • Oversee the cash management and financial reporting for the store

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of driving sales and operational efficiency
