Job Description:

  • Overseeing and managing the technical delivery of telecom projects, ensuring compliance with design specs, network standards, safety regulations, and timelines.
  • Supervising subcontractors and coordinating on-site activities for telecom infrastructure builds to ensure quality and budget adherence.
  • Conducting site surveys to assess network solution feasibility, site access, and readiness for installation.
  • Performing quality control checks on materials, equipment, and installation work to meet telco standards.
  • Identifying and resolving network-related technical issues during installation, coordinating with clients and the company's technical team.
  • Enforcing telecom safety protocols and ensuring protection of personnel, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Maintaining regular communication with project managers, network engineers, subcontractors, and clients to support deployment timelines.
  • Formulating and managing project implementation plans, integrating inputs from engineering, permitting, and construction teams.
  • Routinely monitor the site implementation progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.

Qualifications:

  • With 4-years Bachelor's degree in a related field (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication etc) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably with Professional Electrical Engineer/ Registered Electrical Engineer /NCII Certified Master Electrician
  • PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.
  • Relevant 2 years of experience in site Implementation monitoring, or including other telecommunication technology.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office such excel, Power Points and Word.
  • Good analytical mind and communication skill
