Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
  • Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, audits, and system updates.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and proper storage of goods.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff; assign duties and monitor performance.
  • Enforce safety standards, housekeeping, and company SOPs.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and productivity.
  • Handle warehouse documentation and reports for management review.
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2-5years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Proven experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
  • Knowledge of inventory systems, WMS/ERP, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
