Manage and supervise all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching paints, coatings, automotive parts, and accessories.

· Ensure proper handling, labelling, and storage of hazardous and flammable materials such as paints and chemicals, strictly following health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stocktaking, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy.

· Implement, enforce, and continuously improve warehouse policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency, maximize space utilization, and reduce loss or damage.

· Oversee the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe and effective operation.

· Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff on proper handling procedures, equipment use, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance.

· Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, suppliers, transport companies, and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and delivery of goods.

· Monitor warehouse supplies, manage reorder processes, and ensure stock availability for smooth operations.

· Prepare, analyze, and present warehouse performance reports, including inventory status, stock discrepancies, order fulfillment, and other key metrics, for management review.

· Handle supplier returns, damaged goods, and warranty claims in collaboration with relevant departments to maintain quality control.

· Enforce company policies on workplace safety, incident reporting, and environmental compliance, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.

· Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes, enhance productivity, and improve overall operational effectiveness.

· Collaborate with the Accounting department to reconcile inventory records with financial reports and ensure accurate costing of goods.

· Provide timely updates to Accounting on stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and adjustments for proper financial documentation.

· Support Accounting in periodic audits by supplying inventory and logistics data as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
