Position Purpose:

Responsible to present the career opportunities of Afni, ensuring the fulfillment of recruitment ramps, sourcing candidates through various hiring channels can create plans or strategies to ensure hiring channels will meet the goals. Ability to conceptualize events and activities that will spark the interest of job seekers and professionals. A problem-solver, persistent, and avid goal setter. A person who can provide valuable experience and knowledge about Afni.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for resume mining in job boards to head hunt and encourage candidates to apply at Afni.

  • Calls/texts/emails candidates who have shown interest in a position with Afni to encourage application completion.

  • Initially screens the complete applications and status of candidates who are eligible for a first interview.

  • Update Applicant Tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift.

  • Must be willing to work at Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City

  • At least 6 months experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.

  • With a demonstrable track record in achieving targets.

  • Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers).

  • Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands.

  • Analytical and detail oriented.

  • Problem solver.

  • Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment.

  • Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office.

  • Strong command of English both oral and written.

  • Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements.

  • Team Player.

  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
