Position Description:PingWind is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within the government sector. The PM will be responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project, requiring a strong understanding of government contracting processes and a technical background in IT.Primary Responsibilities:Experience leading the FTSMCS, or other Army projects that utilize the same or similar low code environment. Experience using MS SQL Server Management Studio in large enterprise data environments.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT programs. Strong understanding of government contracting processes and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS). Planning, directing, and managing multiple complex IT projects and operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under this PWS.Management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope as referenced under PWS.Knowledge of application advancement and management operations.
Knowledge of help desk operations. Knowledge of, or experience with, migrating applications between hosting environments. Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework requirements.
Managing contract operations of similar size and scope. Oral and written communication skills with the highest levels of management.
