Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic plans.
  2. Conduct monthly variance analyses, comparing actuals to budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting and reporting for departmental and organizational needs.
  4. Oversee materials budgeting and forecasting to optimize inventory levels and control costs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs and budgets.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  8. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing relevant financial reports and analyses.
  9. Assist in developing financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions and business scenarios.
  10. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA designation is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in budgeting, cost analysis, or FP&A, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong experience in materials budgeting and forecasting is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, financial modeling).
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
