Job Description
  • Deliver engaging individual and group lessons across all skill levels, with primary focus on Pickleball or Padel.
  • Design and implement structured training plans, tailored to player goals and progress.
  • Educate players on proper techniques, gameplay rules, and safety protocols.
  • Create a supportive, inclusive, and active sports environment for all guests and members.
  • Provide coaching and athletic development support to Health Club Team staff as part of their wellness program.
  • Assist in planning and delivering events such as tournaments, clinics, and corporate retreats.
  • Ensure that all courts, equipment, and facilities are maintained and ready for use.
  • Collaborate with the Health Club team for scheduling, booking, and member coordination.
  • Support promotional and guest engagement activities during peak times and special events.
  • Prepare and submit basic progress reports and attendance summaries, including feedback on player development.
Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to tailor coaching methods to different skill levels and age groups
  • Professional, approachable, and guest-service oriented
  • Familiarity with basic equipment maintenance and safety protocols
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking platforms or simulator interfaces
Training Qualifications:
  • Coaching certification in any of the relevant sports (advantageous) & First Aid or CPR certification (preferred but not required)
Languages:
  • Good in both written and spoken English
Physical Requirement:
  • Physically fit to support active coaching and athletic movement throughout
