As a Sales Associate, you will develop business sales plans for individual customers to grow the business and set appropriate short-term objectives for customer calls.
You will also work to achieve long-term goals and execute territory business plans for the product mix to meet and surpass sales objectives in the division. This role offers you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance your career. These responsibilities include:Integrating product knowledge into relevant dialogues that provide customers with insightful perspectives.
Enhancing knowledge of GSK products, strategies, positioning, and Plan of Action (POA), as well as those of key competitors. Understanding how patients and healthcare professionals navigate the healthcare system and incorporating these insights into customer interactions. Building and maintaining a network of healthcare professionals to increase sales of the product mix.
Allocating budgets and effectively utilizing available resources to create customer value. Contributing to business goals and using judgment to influence decisions. Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify the best solutions for the business.
Collaborating with others to develop effective relationships and generate innovative ideas for optimal results. Fostering a positive working environment by bringing energy and commitment. Facilitating personal development by adapting to new ways of working and identifying growth opportunities.
Why you? Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing field sales or territory management role
Valid driver's license
Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Ability to interpret scientific research studies and analyze data
Strong listening skills to engage and influence healthcare professionals strategically
Experience leading sessions with large groups
High learning agility and strong business acumen
Bilingual abilities are a plus
High initiative with an entrepreneurial spirit
