Job Overview:

The CRD Associate for Credit Review and Post Review plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of credit reports and compliance with lending policies and procedures during both pre- and post-booking stages of the loan process.

Key Result Areas:

  • Ensure accuracy of Account Details, Information and Completeness of documents provided by CI and Sales
  • Deliver credit and post review expected results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of credit applications and supporting documents, ensuring the accuracy of all details and information.
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential fraud indicators.
  • Achieve zero instances of wrong details, misleading information, or fake borrowers in credit reports.
  • Perform accurate post-reviews of booked accounts, identifying and reporting any compliance findings.
  • Ensure zero compliance findings in post-review assessments.
  • Complete reviews of 100% of assigned booked accounts within the designated timeframe.

Key Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree of any business-related courses.
  • 1-2 years of experience in credit review or a similar role within a financial institution or credit risk department is an advantage.
  • Has knowledge of credit review procedures and compliance requirements.
  • With good communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
