  • Design and produce visual materials for product packaging, labels, brochures, banners, advertisements, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to create designs that align with brand guidelines and product specifications.
  • Prepare artwork and design files for print or production, ensuring technical specifications are met.
  • Maintain consistency in brand visuals across all materials.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends and new software/tools relevant to the plastics and packaging industry.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from management or clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with packaging or product-focused projects layout color separation, trapping and printing for mock up sample.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Victor) and other design software.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D mockups or product rendering.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and materials, particularly plastics and aware with distortions and cylinder selection.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including packaging.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with collaboration across marketing, production, and sales teams.
