We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Graphic Artist to join our dynamic Marketing team and visually elevate our brand presence across all platforms.

The Role

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Artist who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs. You will play a critical role in creating materials that showcase our innovative kitchen equipment and tantalizing bread and pastry offerings, driving brand recognition, and engaging our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website banners, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and presentations.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communication adheres strictly to the AM Group brand guidelines across all online and offline channels.
  • Content Support: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop visual strategies for product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade show materials.
  • Photo/Video Editing: Perform basic photo editing, retouching, and manipulation of product images. Experience with video editing for short-form social media content is a strong plus.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain the company's library of digital assets (photos, graphics, templates).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or Graphic Artist (portfolio required).
  • Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles for both print and digital media.
  • Education: A degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
