The Role

As a
Design Engineer
, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing foundation systems to ensure technical excellence, safety, and cost efficiency.

You'll collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and geotechnical consultants to deliver optimized foundation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze foundation systems (bored piles, diaphragm walls, micropiles, etc.) using PLAXIS, LPILE, AutoCAD, and other tools.
  • Interpret geotechnical reports to guide design decisions.
  • Work with site and project teams to integrate designs into construction plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international design standards.
  • Prepare technical drawings, reports, and design calculations.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement in design methods.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's in Geotechnical Engineering is a plus).
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    3 years in foundation design
    (piling and ground improvement experience required).
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in PLAXIS, LPILE, AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong grasp of soil mechanics, structural analysis, and foundation engineering.
  • Licensure:
    Licensed Civil Engineer (additional geotechnical certifications are a plus).
