Junior Website Designer

Hello and Good Day

We require an enthusiastic, self-motivated, ambitious person who has the ability and desire to work without supervision and become an important member of our happy family team. We are a relatively new Company based in Australia but now opening our business with a base in Makati. Having said that, our Management Team has over 60years combined business experience in Creative Design, Photography, Video, Construction and Engineering, which is our core business.

The Primary Aim of our Company is 'To Create Happiness' for both our clients and all our highly valued team members - our workmates.

Our 'Strategic Objective' is to offer high quality service in a well organised, structured and repeatable manner. A profitable, well organised and structured company where everyone involved has written roles and responsibilities. A business that shares financial and professional success with its workmates and rewards all those who follow the procedures and take good care while working to the best of their ability. A business that praises their workmates in public when they have done a good job and talks quietly to them in private if they make an error, or a 'new learning experience' as we call them here. The business will be a systemized operation, a well-oiled machine, that will share profits with our workmates. Only this way do we create successful outcomes and futures for everyone involved and all our clients.

We are developing 'The Business of' Creating smaller single, or multiple homes that give an opportunity to live a simpler, less cluttered, happier and environmentally friendly lifestyle here in Australia. ( But we have plans to expand to other Counties) Smaller high-quality well-designed homes and spaces reduce debt, stress and allow people more time to enjoy life, because they do not have to work as hard.

We also design Onsite Sewage Treatment Plants with High Quality Smaller Happy Homes. We design Homes, not Houses, there is a big difference, everyone has to live in a house, but not everyone has a Happy Home. Our homes range from extendable small homes to multiple dwellings on one lot, and also, shared dwellings with multiple lot ownership for like-minded people.

We now need to have a website designed and built which will showcase a range of our designs which we will offer for sale. We would like this finished in the next month or two. We can supply high quality content: photographs, uncut video, 3 D Home Renderings and Written Text with an example of how we want our website to look.

We would like this Designer to become an important member of our team because ideally, they will grow into our social media and Marketing Manager. We wish to begin our Marketing Campaign once the Website is completed as well as a Facebook Page and possibly other Social Media Platforms that will be outlined and discussed with you in our Marketing Strategy.

Video Editing Premiere Pro and Photoshop Skills would also be an asset as the Content to be released with mostly be short videos, not longer than 2 or 3 minutes.
