Job Description:

The Solutions Delivery Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end IT solutions that address business needs, process improvements, or revenue-generating initiatives.

This role serves as the go-to expert across all IT areas—including infrastructure, systems, applications, software development, integration, and vendor solutions—ensuring each solution is technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals. He/she must be capable of translating requirements, problems, or opportunities into implementable solutions using technologies (e.g., PHP, Java, Windows Server, Linux, AWS, Android, iOS) or evaluating and integrating out-of-the-box systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads the full technical lifecycle; from planning, design to development and implementation and benchmarking of IT solutions across infrastructure (on premise and cloud), network, application, integration, business process and cloud domains.
  • Performs hands-on coding, configuration, and deployment, utilizing technology/Framework such as TOGAF, SDLC, API, NetSuite, Google Workspace, M365, Entra, Intune, PHP, Java, AWS, Linux, Windows Server, and mobile platforms (Android, iOS) to bring the solution to life.
  • Analyzes external platforms or vendor solutions to determine technical compatibility, support structure, SLA terms, and total cost of ownership.
  • Ensures end-to-end traceability of solution delivery and acts as the technical counterpart for project governance. He should also be able manage delivery from a project management standpoint (Planning, design, Implementation and alignment to stake holders) .
  • Engages with stakeholders and analysts to identify operational inefficiencies, innovation opportunities, or pain points.
  • Defines detailed technical costing for projects and solutions, covering infrastructure, development, licensing, and support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or other related course
  • With at least four years of experience in the same role
  • Experience leading a team is an advantage
  • Suggested Certification/Professional License (if applicable): ITIL, Cisco, SDLC, AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, M365
  • Solution Architecture Design (e.g. TOGAF)
  • Advance knowledge in Full-Stack Development (PHP, Java)
  • Knowledgeable in Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure)
  • Knowledgeable in Operating Systems (Windows Server & Linux)
  • Advance knowledge in System Integration & APIs
  • Advance knowledge in Technical Documentation and Blueprinting
  • Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
  • Version Control (Git/Bitbucket)
  • Software Evaluation and TCO Analysis

Soft Skills:

  • Communication Skills: conveys technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking - Quickly analyzes issues, identifies root causes, and proposes practical, long-term solutions in support and project scenarios.
  • Good team collaboration and time management
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess technical issues and cost implications logically to make sound decisions for device lifecycle and support.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation skills with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
