  • Receive instructions and guidance for daily operations from the Department Head. Plan, lead, organize, control, and coordinate all maintenance activities in collaboration with the Utilities Department, Brew House, Tank Farm, and Mechanical Maintenance Section to ensure seamless operations and optimal equipment performance. Oversee the daily activities of the maintenance team to guarantee the effective upkeep, repair, and functionality of all plant equipment and facilities. Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards, thereby supporting continuous plant operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor energy consumption of mechanical systems and propose improvements or maintenance actions that support energy-saving initiatives
  • Supervise maintenance activities in accordance with Job Orders, ensuring timely completion in alignment with operational priorities and quality standards
  • Grant final sign-off on completed preventive or corrective maintenance tasks after verifying compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in plant maintenance or mechanical/electrical equipment servicing, with 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role
  • Knowledgeable in plant operations and industrial equipment maintenance, with the ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and perform hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Ensures all maintenance work is performed in compliance with quality standards, internal protocols, and regulatory requirements.
