BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting. and maintenance of company laptops, desktop PCs, SAP servers, and network systems..
  • Monitor and maintain SAP server performance, uptime, and system resources.
  • Coordinate with SAP Basis or vendor support for updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices as needed
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security incidents
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining VPN access for remote users.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SAP Business One or SAP ECC environment.
  • Experience using remote desktop tools
  • Knowledge of data backup tools and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.

  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting.
  • Windows OS, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience with SAP (Basis or functional support) preferred
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, IP configuration)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
