What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively pitch Akari's innovative products and solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and deliver integrated solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Mentor and develop a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales management or account management role, preferably in the retail company (specifically in the same industry) or B2B sector
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using CRM systems to drive sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Can do fieldwork from time to time
