About the role

The Audit Manager is responsible for leading the Internal Audit function and providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to add value and improve the organization's operations. This role helps the company accomplish its objectives by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control. The Audit Manager will work closely with The Management to ensure compliance, manage risks, and optimize internal controls.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the planning, execution and reporting of internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal controls, operational efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Analyze audit findings, identify root causes and recommend practical solutions to management
  • Manage and mentor the audit team; ensure high performance, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and best practices to ensure the audit function remains effective and relevant

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 6 years of Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls and risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing audit teams
