JOB SUMMARY:

The Audit Manager is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the audit processes as

well as internal company controls. Likewise the Manager shall be responsible for

training and mentoring the Audit Assistants and other fellow team members.

Ideally, the candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. He /

she should possess an outstanding ability to take timely decisions. In addition to this,

you should have good communication skills and the ability to lead the team efficiently.

He / she should also have extensive knowledge and understanding of internal and

external audit processes. Additionally, you should be able to identify and notify the

business risks to the higher management.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

· Planning and implementing audit processes and policies.

· Overseeing the internal audit processes and procedures.

· Checking compliances by the different business units.

· Analyzing audit compliance checklist, reports, as well as inventory discrepancies

related to the audited business unit/.

· Reviewing the completed audit policy and other related policy that concerns

internal controls.

· Supervising and advising the Audit Assistants and other team members. ·

Detecting any miscalculations or errors in the audit and handling them on priority.

· Conducting training sessions for the Audit Assistants.

· Presenting audit findings to the higher management.

· Identifying business process risks that are involved.

· Documenting all the results of audit evaluations.

· Making sure the audits are completed in a timely manner.

· Adhering to all the rules and regulations of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar degree.

  2. Proven work experience as an Audit Manager, Account Manager, or a similar role in

the Finance department.

  1. A professional Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an added advantage.

  2. Good oral and written communication skills.

  3. Ability to manage time efficiently.

  4. Knowledge and understanding of internal and external audit

processes.

  1. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

  2. Ability to detect problems and resolve them instantly.

  3. A sharp eye for details for accuracy.

  4. Good leadership abilities and the ability to work under a stressful environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
