As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Audit Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across different sectors (non-profit, education, commercial).
  • Supervise, train, and mentor audit teams (associates and senior associates).
  • Review financial statements and working papers to ensure compliance with PFRS, BIR, and SEC requirements.
  • Handle client relationships, including addressing queries, presenting audit findings, and providing advisory insights.
  • Assist in firm-wide initiatives such as process improvement, training, and digital transformation.
  • Ensure timely completion of engagements while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in external auditing, with 3–4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PFRS, PSA, BIR, and SEC regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Experience with non-profit audits and school institutions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in audit software and MS Office; familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
