Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

Salary: PHP 40,000 – 60,000 /month (Based on experience)

They're now looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join their growing team in a fully remote setup.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of the Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce. You will support the delivery of an exceptional online shopping experience as the brand expands into 20+ international markets. Your key tasks will include:

  • Website Management: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Shopify Plus store, including product uploads, merchandising, and ensuring pricing accuracy.
  • Campaign Execution: Testing and launching online promotions and product launches to ensure flawless implementation across global regions.
  • Email Marketing & CRM: Assisting with the setup, testing, and scheduling of Klaviyo campaigns and automated email flows to drive customer retention.
  • SEO & Content: Optimizing product descriptions and metadata to increase organic traffic and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Performance Analytics: Assisting with weekly/monthly reporting on sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights for growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce or website management (D2C experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Education: Qualifications in Marketing, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent written communication and copywriting ability with high attention to detail.
  • Attributes: A proactive, collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced "scale-up" environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience specifically with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization.
  • Experience working with international retail or beauty brands.
