About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling creative strategies based on client briefs, audience insights, and market trends
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to bring ideas to life
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and pitch concepts internally and to clients
  • Translate brand goals into clear messaging frameworks and campaign directions
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize creative approaches based on results
  • Demonstrate leadership in guiding creative teams and mentoring peers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or content strategy
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and creative execution
  • Solid understanding of AI tools and their application in creative work
  • Expert level proficiency in AI tools and their application in creative work is required
  • Background in advertising or creative agency environments
  • Experience specifically in digital agencies or media companies is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Strong grasp of workflow systems and process optimization
  • Leadership experience or potential to lead cross-functional creative teams
  • Project leadership experience is required to effectively lead cross-functional creative teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
