About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Operations - Mortgage to lead large-scale mortgage servicing and/or origination teams supporting US clients. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across end-to-end mortgage processes.

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across US mortgage functions: Loan, Servicing, Mortgage, Collections, Payment, Mitigation, Foreclosure.
  • Own end-to-end service delivery, including SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality, and compliance
  • Lead and develop senior managers and operations leaders; build a high-performance culture
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to US mortgage regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any course.
  • 10+ years of experience in
    US mortgage operations
    , with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of US mortgage origination and/or servicing processes. Deep understanding of mortgage compliance and audit requirements, working with US Lenders, Servicers, and Mortgage environment
  • Strong client management and executive communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
