HR Recruitment Manager – Role Overview

An HR Recruitment Manager leads the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy development to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This role involves managing recruitment teams, partnering closely with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment processes, and leveraging data-driven insights to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The Recruitment Manager also ensures compliance with labor laws while strengthening employer branding to support long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Forecast staffing needs and design efficient, scalable hiring processes.

Sourcing & Candidate Assessment

  • Source talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor recruiters and sourcers.
  • Set performance expectations and monitor team productivity through recruitment metrics.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Develop accurate job descriptions and enhance interview and selection practices.

Candidate Experience & Offer Management

  • Manage the end-to-end offer process, including salary negotiations.
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners.

Employer Branding

  • Enhance the organization's employer brand through targeted initiatives and consistent messaging.

Compliance & Recruitment Metrics

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, recommending process improvements.

Onboarding & Integration

  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and early engagement of new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, typically supported by a degree in a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze data, and make informed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php68,000.00 per month
