Role Overview:
As a Salesforce/Slack Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products, including all third-party software integrations, specifically within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will be acting as the primary point of contact for Bryd's Project Managers and clients
In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce and Slack solutions that help clients streamline operations, enhance collaboration, and drive business growth.
You will work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that align with each organization's unique needs.
Ideal candidates are knowledgeable and have had project-experience in Salesforce configuration and administration. Experience with Slack, Agentforce, or integration is highly valued.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and Slack environments.
- Running light discovery sessions s
upporting gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions. - Help design and implement automations, workflows, and integrations between Salesforce, Slack, and third-party tools.
- Understanding of
data: cleaning, imports, validation rules, and workspace migrations - Collaborate with senior consultants to conduct testing, user training, and post-deployment support.
- T
aking first-pass user stories and acceptance criteria. - Supporting process mapping and simple solution design.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and client processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous system optimization.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce and Slack features, best practices, and ecosystem updates.
- Act as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.
- Review business user and product requirements and participate in application design.
- Provide accurate status reports to the project lead consultant.
- Offer end-user support and work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements.
- Working with LLMs like ChatGPT for solutioning, testing, documentation, and client comms.
- Supporting Slack AI and Agentforce use cases with ability to explain solutions simply and a thirst to know about the latest in AI in this space.
- Availability during US/EMEA time zones
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce, Slack administration, or related consulting roles.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce objects, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and permission models.
- Familiarity with Slack workflows, integrations, and API-based automations (e.g., using Slack Workflow Builder or third-party tools like Zapier, Workato).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
with excellent English. - Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong time-management and priority management skills.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up delivery and improve quality.
- Creating Loom videos, onboarding materials, and walkthroughs.
- Experience working with global clients from SMB to Enterprise.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Slack Certified Admin
- Slack Certified Consultant
- Other Salesforce or relevant certifications
