About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant with over 5 years of implementation and business analysis experience. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions driving digital transformation, adoption, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews to define business objectives.
  • Design Salesforce workflows, automation, and data models that align with business processes.
  • Configure Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and end-user training sessions.
  • Manage change requests, documentation, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Collaborate with developers for custom solutions and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce implementation or consulting experience.
  • Proven ability to design business process flows, automations, and analytics.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects, relationships, and data model.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or App Builder certification required.
  • Additional certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Multi-cloud solution exposure (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in industry verticals such as Finance, Retail, or Manufacturing.
