Job Summary
The SME-Accounts Payable role is designed for professionals with 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain MS Office and Accounts Payable. This position requires expertise in Procure to Pay Procurement and Finance & Accounting. The role operates in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounts payable process to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline the Procure to Pay process.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to enhance reporting and data analysis for accounts payable.
  • Implement best practices in finance and accounting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage payment schedules and address any payment issues.
  • Analyze supply chain data to optimize accounts payable operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements in accounts payable.
  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on accounts payable processes.
  • Contribute to the companys financial health by ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Supply Chain management and MS Office applications.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
  • Possess expertise in Procure to Pay Procurement and Finance & Accounting.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Display excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Be adaptable to changing work environments and priorities.
