Role:

Design and deliver engaging training materials and onboarding programs that support team capability. Use instructional design and digital tools to turn complex ideas into accessible learning experiences aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Help plan and design training programs and onboarding materials
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create engaging digital learning modules

Operational Support

  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are followed
  • Support compliance with health and safety policies
  • Report incidents and contribute to continuous improvement

Personal Conduct

  • Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality
  • Solve problems proactively and support team collaboration
  • Commit to ongoing learning and development
