Finance Head

GA HR Consultancy Inc., an accredited executive search and headhunting partner for our client, is seeking an accomplished Head of Finance (direct hire) for a reputable real estate company based in Bataan. Our client is a well-established organization known for delivering high-quality real estate developments and outstanding customer experiences. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a finance leader who can drive strategic growth and build robust financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Strategy: Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with the company's growth objectives in the real estate market.
• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
• Reporting Excellence: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and deliver key insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Direct financial forecasting, cash flow management, and secure funding for real estate projects and operational requirements.
• Account Reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all reconciliations and financial records related to real estate transactions.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze financial variances, evaluate performance, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Fund Management & Collections: Oversee timely collections and efficient allocation of funds for real estate development and operations.
• Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and manage accreditations, including banking and Pag-Ibig requirements relevant to real estate transactions.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within the real estate industry ora related sector, with proven people management experience.
• Skills & Knowledge:

-Expertise in ERP accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting financial information to leadership and stakeholders.

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
