Salary Range:
PHP 100,000 to 200,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Security Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust endpoint and server security solutions. This role involves hands-on technical work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on threat detection, response, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable and secure endpoint/server protection architectures.
  • Deploy and manage endpoint detection and response (EDR) agents across endpoints, including policy tuning and real-time threat prevention.
  • Implement anti-malware, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and integrity monitoring on servers for comprehensive protection.
  • Integrate security platforms with SIEM/SOAR tools for centralized visibility, alerting, and automated response.
  • Conduct threat hunting, incident response, root cause analysis, and forensic investigations for endpoint and server-based threats.
  • Ensure policy compliance, health monitoring, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement of the overall security posture.
  • Upgrade and maintain EDR platforms, perform log analysis, and correlate security events.

Specific Technical Focus:

Endpoint Protection:

  • Design and implement security policies via the EDR console.
  • Ensure real-time threat detection, prevention, and response across all endpoints.
  • Integrate with SIEM/SOAR for alerting and automated workflows.
  • Manage agent deployment, health monitoring, policy tuning, and incident investigations.

Server Protection:

  • Architect protection strategies using server security solutions for anti-malware, IPS, integrity monitoring, and firewall policies.
  • Manage agent deployment and configurations across on-premises and cloud server workloads.
  • Ensure compliance, vulnerability shielding, patch visibility, and support for incident response and forensics.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. Hands-on experience with leading EDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike for endpoints) and server security tools (e.g., Trend Micro Deep Security/Apex One).
  2. B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent, with 6-10+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Taguig or Makati area.
  • Proven job stability (no frequent short tenures of less than 1 year per role).
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, flexible in a 24/7 operational environment.
