The ServiceNow Architect – Platform focuses on the overall architecture, administration, and integration of the ServiceNow platform. This role ensures system stability, security, and scalability while enabling seamless data management and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee ServiceNow platform administration, including:

--System configuration and performance tuning.

--User and group management, ACLs, roles, and reporting.

--Authentication and authorization via app registry.

-Instance cloning, upgrades, and patch management.

-Implement security fixes and patches to maintain compliance and system integrity.

-Design and maintain data models aligned with the CSDM framework and ensure stewardship of common tables.

-Develop and manage integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs for direct endpoint connectivity.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

-ServiceNow Platform Administration: Advanced knowledge of system configuration, maintenance, authentication, cloning, upgrades, and security patching.

-Data Management:

--Expertise in CSDM-based data modeling.

--Stewardship of ServiceNow common tables.

-Integration:

--Proficiency with Integration Hub.

--REST API development and integration.
