About the Role:

The QMS Specialist / Process Engineer plays a key role in enhancing organizational quality and efficiency. This position works closely with various departments to standardize procedures, resolve non-conformities, and promote best practices, thereby strengthening the organization's credibility through clean audit results and consistent quality assurance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management

  • Prepare, review, and maintain standardized documentation in compliance with quality standards and company policies.
  • Ensure all records and reports are accurate, updated, and properly archived.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements through well-organized documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze productivity and process performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct studies and recommend process streamlining or enhancement initiatives.
  • Implement quality tools and methodologies to support continuous improvement programs.

Administrative and Quality Support

  • Perform administrative duties including report generation, data monitoring, and coordination of quality-related activities.
  • Assist in resolving non-conformities and ensuring compliance with QMS requirements.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to uphold quality assurance standards.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Process standardization and documentation.
  • Facilitation of process mapping and improvement activities.
  • Monitoring and reporting of quality performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (required).
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or process engineering is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
