Process Engineer

Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave, Grace Park East, Caloocan City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Process Engineer to help enhance, monitor, and refine company operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality. This position welcomes fresh graduates as well as candidates with a minimum of six months of relevant experience in process engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current operational processes and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Track process performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct process audits and help troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
  • Support documentation of technical procedures and process modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 6 months of process engineering experience are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other process analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on-site in Caloocan City.
