1. Plant Machinery Supervision

  • Monitor and supervise daily operations of all mechanical equipment and machines in the plant.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues, hazards, or non-compliance.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs, servicing, and equipment reliability.
  • Validate the proper installation and functionality of machine safety features (e.g., emergency stops, guards, lock-out systems).
  • Lead or assist in root cause analysis for machinery failures and implement corrective actions.

2. Safety Management

  • Ensure plant machinery and operations adhere to internal and external safety standards (e.g., OSHA, DOLE, ISO
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of safety protocols and guidelines specific to mechanical operations.
  • Conduct safety risk assessments and hazard identification for equipment and processes.
  • Support accident or incident investigations involving mechanical equipment.
  • Train plant personnel on machine safety practices and procedures.

3. Government Compliance (Machines & Safety)

  • Prepare and process documentation required for government regulatory compliance (e.g., DOLE, DENR, BFP).
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and permits related to mechanical systems and equipment safety.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for certifications, licenses, and regulatory filings (e.g., PSR, ECC, PTO, etc.).
  • Serve as the main contact person for compliance matters related to mechanical equipment.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and ensure continuous compliance with government standards.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive logs of equipment inspections, maintenance, and compliance status.
  • Generate technical reports, audit summaries, and compliance submissions for management and government agencies.
  • Ensure proper documentation for project implementations or modifications involving mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Required)
  • At least a year experience in plant operations, maintenance, or safety compliance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with government regulatory bodies and processes (e.g., DOLE, DENR, BFP, PEZA)
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
