Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Metro Manila, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for maximum engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role will involve collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining a consistent online presence that reflects the brand's identity.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in Brand and Marketing, Digital Media and Content Strategy and management
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Creative problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in executing paid social media advertising campaigns is a plus
  • Familiarity with current trends and emerging platforms in social media
