Auto bundling Technician

- Machine Operation
- Operate the auto bundling machine in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Load materials (films, straps, labels, etc.) and set machine parameters (speed, size, count).
- Ensure bundles are packed according to quality standards and production targets.
- Monitoring & Quality Control
- Inspect finished bundles for proper sealing, labeling, and count accuracy.
- Identify defective products or packaging issues and coordinate corrections.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and downtime.
- Machine Maintenance
- Perform daily cleaning and minor preventive maintenance on machines.
- Report any mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance team immediately.
- Assist in machine calibration, adjustments, or part replacements as needed.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety and housekeeping standards within the production area.
- Ensure all safety guards, emergency stops, and sensors are functional.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and machine operation trainings.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Submit daily production reports and highlight any recurring machine issues.
- Support line changeovers, setup, and shutdown procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school graduate or vocational course in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology.
- Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in machine operation (preferably bundling, packaging, or labeling).
- Experience with automated or semi-automatic machinery is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Basic computer or HMI (Human-Machine Interface) operation
- Team player with good communication skills
Work Conditions
- Work schedule: Shifting schedule or extended hours as needed
- Work environment: Factory / production floor (exposure to noise and moving equipment)
- Must wear PPE (safety shoes, gloves, ear protection, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
