Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, education, communications, project management, or human resources
  • Experience working in a BPO, Shared Services, or Healthcare-related industry is required
  • Proven experience supporting talent management, performance, and leadership development programs
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail, proofreading, and presentation design abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism
  • Preferred: Experience using Workday (HRIS) and Asana (project management tool)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and customer service orientation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of organization-wide talent management and leadership development initiatives
  • Manage and coordinate program logistics, including nominations, rosters, communications, and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in talent data, reports, and evaluation tracking to support leadership pipeline visibility
  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to implement performance and development programs aligned with business objectives
  • Prepare and maintain program materials, including templates, presentations, and branded communications
  • Assist in the automation of workflows and continuous improvement of talent management processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Monitor and maintain team workflows, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with high quality
  • Provide administrative and operational support to global or regional talent initiatives, ensuring consistent application of processes and standards
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and audit requirements
  • Partner with HR, Learning, and Organizational Development teams to deliver a seamless employee experience related to growth and performance programs
