1. Leadership Development
- Design and execute leadership development frameworks for different levels – emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior leaders.
- Partner with external training vendors, coaches, and institutions to deliver leadership learning experiences.
- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development in collaboration with HR and business units.
- Use assessment tools (e.g., 360 feedback, Hogan, MBTI) to identify strengths and development areas.
2. Inclusion & Culture Building
- Partner with the People & Inclusion team to embed inclusive practices in leadership behaviors, hiring, and talent programs.
- Lead initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, respect, and collaboration.
- Conduct workshops or campaigns to increase awareness on inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and cultural intelligence.
3. Talent & Performance Enablement
- Support the implementation of performance management frameworks aligned with leadership competencies.
- Facilitate leadership coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to integrate leadership principles into talent reviews and employee engagement programs.
4. Data & Impact Measurement
- Track key metrics around leadership program effectiveness, engagement, and talent growth.
- Generate insights through analytics to continuously improve leadership and inclusion strategies.
- Present program impact reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Leadership Development, L&D, or People & Culture roles, preferably in large organizations or shared services setups.
- Proven experience in designing and executing leadership and inclusion programs.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of DEI frameworks, organizational culture, and leadership models.
- Certification in coaching, psychometric assessments, or OD practices is a plus.
