Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support staff, ensuring tasks are completed to company standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive high-quality service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Store Manager for replenishment orders.
  • Sales & Reporting: Track daily sales performance, ensure cash handling accuracy, and prepare daily financial reports.
  • Training & Development: Train new employees on store operations, customer service, and company policies; support ongoing team development.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverages meet company quality standards, ensuring proper preparation and presentation.
  • Scheduling: Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the store complies with all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
