
MEPF Coordinator

Position Overview:
The MEPF Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire (MEPF) systems across a variety of construction and renovation projects. This role will ensure that all MEPF-related tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to project specifications. The coordinator will also liaise between different teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and coordinating related project activities.
- Ensure all MEPF designs are aligned with project requirements, codes, and regulations.
- Track project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met for MEPF work.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of MEPF materials and equipment.
Documentation, Monitoring and Reporting:
- Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports
- Monitor and document changes to the scope of work and ensure proper approval.
- Monitor Progress Tracking, Variation Orders, RFA/RFI
Collaboration with Teams:
- Serve as the point of contact between various teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure MEPF systems are integrated properly into the overall project design.
- Monitor and communicate any issues or changes regarding MEPF work to relevant parties.
Quality Management:
- Planning and facilitation of materials testing, Testing & Commissioning (TCx), and /or
other quality control / quality assurance (QC / QA) activities:
1. Quality Inspection, monitoring & reporting
2. Documentation
a. Requests for Approval
b. Requests for Information
c. Non-Conformances Notices
Closeout Management
- Assists in facilitating the final inspection, handover, and acceptance of the project
d. Architect's Instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Project Management or in a construction Company: 3 years (Required)
