Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the financial activities of the organization. This role ensures financial health through accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics

· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls

· Oversee accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

· Support strategic planning, investment analysis, and cost optimization

· Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulators

· Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff

· Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and controls

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred)

· Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred)

· Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles

· Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

· Strong leadership and communication abilities

· High level of integrity and attention to detail

Experience

  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with management responsibility

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position, primarily office-based
  • May require extended hours during month-end, audits, or budgeting cycles
