Overview: We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Line Cook to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting the kitchen leadership team to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in daily back-of-house operations. The ideal candidate has strong culinary fundamentals, team leadership capabilities, and a passion for food preparation at a high standard. This role will be part of our pioneering team at SM City Clark, Pampanga.

  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
  • Supervise food prep and cooking
  • Check food plating and temperature
  • Establish portion sizes
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts
  • Order food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed
  • Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
